Your right to cancel

Under UK consumer law, you may cancel an online order and return unused goods within 14 days of receiving them, and you have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.

Condition of returned items

• Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
• Please include your name and order number with the return.
• Faulty or damaged items should be reported to us as soon as you notice the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will confirm by email when a refund has been processed.
